Welcome to Wimbledon Greens at Lake Bernadette, a charming and well-maintained

neighborhood located in the heart of the community of Lake Bernadette, in East Pasco

County, Florida. Nestled along the peaceful, tree-lined Lochmead Terrace, our

neighborhood features 44 beautifully designed, one-story attached villas. These 2- and

3-bedroom homes—built in the 1990s—are arranged in cozy clusters of 2, 3, or 4,

creating an inviting and neighborly atmosphere.

Our neighborhood is perfectly situated: bordered by the scenic Links at Lake Bernadette

Public Golf Course to the west, Golf Links Boulevard to the east, Epping Lane to the

south, and a tranquil pond to the north. This serene setting offers both privacy and

natural beauty, while still being close to everything Zephyrhills, Dade City and Wesley

Chapel has to offer.

Wimbledon Greens Homeowners’ Association, Inc. (WG HOA) is a Florida-registered

not-for-profit corporation managed by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors, who

themselves are homeowners committed to maintaining the quality and harmony of our

neighborhood. To support daily operations, the WG HOA partners with ProCura

Services, Inc., a trusted community management company.

The WG HOA oversees the upkeep of all exterior building elements, including roofs,

painting, and shared landscaping, as well as the maintenance of our private road and

entrance. Residents are responsible for their individual garden spaces and ensuring the

overall appearance of their property reflects our neighborhood’s standards.

As homeowners in Wimbledon Greens, we are also part of the Lake Bernadette Master

Association, which manages services such as trash and recycling pickup, and

maintenance of common areas throughout the broader Lake Bernadette community.

However, please note that Wimbledon Greens is not part of the Lake Bernadette CDD

(Community Development District), which oversees amenities like pools, a gym,

clubhouse, playground, tennis and pickleball courts, and more. Access to these amenities

is available to our residents for a separate fee.

For golf lovers, the Links at Lake Bernadette Golf Course is a public course located

right next door—perfect for a relaxing round just steps from home. Wimbledon Greens

is more than just a place to live—it's a neighborhood where residents care, nature is

close by, and life moves at a comfortable pace.
